Call for Presenters

  • Session should be educational, non-commercial and non-self-promotional and be for the sole purpose of educating the workers' compensation community.
  • If your session is approved, all materials and presentations must be submitted by July 10, 2023. A branded PowerPoint deck will be provided to you for use.
  • Sessions should be geared towards qualifying for continuing educational credits. Review the CEU & CLE guidelines here prior to submitting this application.
  • Attempt to engage directly with the audience. Examples- videos, live polling, relatable stories, expert how-to's.
  • There is no compensation for presenting.
  • In the event that you do not meet established deadlines, requiring repeated follow-up, you understand that your session may be canceled.
  • You agree to amend your session details based on feedback from VWC.
  • If you need to cancel for any reason, you will notify VWC as soon as possible. Although you may recommend a replacement presenter, you understand that VWC may or may not accept the replacement and may choose to cancel the session entirely or assign the topic to another speaker.
  • Dress in business attire when making presentations and during all events.
  • Support the Commission in a positive manner and be respectful of all attendees.
  • Conference presenters enjoy a waived conference registration fee.
